Easy Returns

 Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the products or items that you have purchased from Qubox Retail then you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds may take up to 7 days to process, but in most cases it is much quicker.

Returns Procedures

You can also let us know by e-mail or in writing within 30 days of receipt of your goods. Providing that the goods are returned in a fully resalable condition and in their original undamaged packaging, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund.
Qubox Retail reserves the right to refuse a refund, or to deduct up to 20% of the selling price from the refund due if these terms are not adhered to.

Making Returns


Please follow our Returns Procedure, below. Failure to do so may result in the refund process being delayed.

1. Before returning goods to QuBox, please obtain authorisation from Customer Services by sending your request by e-mail to sales@qubox.co.uk, or ina separate email, or in writing to the address on our Contacts page.

2. Please ensure that a copy of your original order invoice is sent with the goods that you are returning. If you do not have the original invoice, then please provide a letter containing your personal details so that we may trace your order.

3. For all returns, you may be asked to arrange and pay for the return of the items to Qubox Retail. We are happy to arrange collection, but this cost will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund due.

Please note that there is a charge for any collections arranged by Qubox Retail, please contact us via email or in writing to obtain a quote.

4. When returning items we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and, wherever possible, use registered mail or a certified courier. We regret that we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Goods and Replacements

On receipt of delivery, please unpack carefully and check over your goods.

If you believe the goods to have a genuine manufacturing fault, please photograph the items immediately and forward the images to us within 48 hours of receipt. (If you are the recipient of the goods and not the purchaser please e-mail sales@qubox.co.uk for advice.

Should you be asked to return the items to Qubox Retail, please read and follow our Returns Procedures. Once the goods are received back, we will examine them and keep you fully informed of how we intend to remedy the situation.

Qubox Retail will refund the carriage costs of the return by you, and will partly or fully refund or replace any goods found to be faulty in accordance with the assessment procedure given above. We will make any refunds within 7 days.
